Prepare an inventory of furniture and effects for use by the landlord as a schedule of wear and tear once the property has been vacated.

Acorn Lettings collect the deposit and the first monthly rental amount, prepare a statement of account reflecting our charges and remit any balance to you. Once instructed release the deposit.
